They outgrew their old place - time to move on

Equinox has undergone significant growth recently: they outgrew their former premises, which could no longer keep pace with their needs. They looked for a new base, but according to the company's manager it quickly became clear that the market's offering and their expectations rarely meet.

They were looking for a location where not only the warehouse and the office can work together efficiently under one roof, but where the environment also radiates premium quality when receiving partners. Thinking in the long term was also a key issue: they wanted a home for the company where there would be ample room for the growth plans of the next 5-10 years, so that they would not have to worry about relocating time and again.

The ÚjbudaOne Logistics Park is located in the heart of South Buda, just 6 km from the city centre. The company insisted on the area of Districts XI and XXII, as proximity to the motorways is essential for their regular domestic and international lorry transport.​
